299 Association RE

In May of 2002, the 299 Association was formed with the aim of providing contact between old and new comrades who had achieved Airborne or Commando status with 299 Squadron/Troop RE.
In October 2009 the Association became affiliated to the Airborne Engineers Association but still holds and retains its core values by promoting and maintaining contact between all Parachute, Commando, Special Forces, Veterans and Serving Soldiers. The Association meets at the Minerva Public House in Hull on the first Friday of every month at 20:00hrs.
